Inspiring day coming to an end…

Our Assembly crowd is hungry for more. We have moved over to a nice dinner to continue our conversations… and enjoy a well-deserved drink. All of this while inspiring speakers take the stage. Constantijn van Oranje Nassau interviews Roberto Viola, the Director General of the European Commission. After this, we are treated to an instructive speech on the GDPR by Tricia Wang of Sudden Compass, a thought-provoking talk by Mark Curtis of Fjord on the tech trends of tomorrow, and an important address by Camille Francois of Analysis Graphika on Fake News.

Still going strong

The Assembly is heating up as jury members challenge each other on key points of the future of innovation.

The Assembly takes off

Strategy Director for TNW Pieter Paul van Oerle and Accenture country managing director Irine Gaasbeek usher in an evening of back and forth between the Accenture Innovation Awards 2018 jury members. The AIA18 jury will discuss the future of their 8 respective themes here at the Assembly!

Two innovation leads united

Success and succession go hand in hand. Accenture’s former innovation lead Pieter Paul van Oerle and current innovation lead Kirsten Spahr van der Hoek meet up at The Next Web.

GDPR: opportunities through privacy law

AIA17 Winner Knowingo at the exhibit

TNW is the place to meet new people… and reunite with old contacts. We bumped into the AIA17 winner Knowingo, a learning platform using gamification and artificial intelligence. ”Platforms like the Accenture Innovation Awards and The Next Web offer us the opportunity to connect with a divers group of people.”

T500 Talent sessions

The day is still young! So are the people here at the T500: The Netherlands’ 500 most inspiring entrepreneurs, designers, coders, storytellers, academic researchers, and more. All younger than 26 years old!

Kick-off ceremony TNW

The opening ceremony is a blast! Boris Veldhuijzen van Zanten juggles the five waves of technology and inspires us all for the days to come: ”Make the change, be part of the revolution!”
