AllerGast provides dishes with food that is prepared for all people with dietary needs or food allergies. The AllerGast kitchen is free of all animal nutrients and 14 allergens that are required by the EU: egg, gluten, milk (lactose), mustard and (pea-)nuts, sesame, celery, sulphites, soy, lupine, fish, crustaceans and molluscs. Plus the dishes are low in salt or sweetened with natural sweeteners. Normal nutrients that occur in almost all daily food products, can cause in more and more mouths serious damage to health. The needs of these guests are hardly recognized by 99% of the chefs. Though more people desire less meat or discover some sensitivity.
