Carl is currently cultivating his coffee habit with Jacobs Douwe Egberts. As a member of their Global Leadership Team since the company’s inception in 2015, he has built a rich pipeline of growth opportunities across all JDE’s global categories, comprising product, packaging, appliance and more recently, route-to-market and business model innovations.
Prior to JDE, he performed increasingly senior, Global, Regional and Local Marketing Leadership roles in Branding, Innovation, Insight, Strategy and Category General Management within Mondelez, Kraft, Cadbury, Mars and consulting.
He has lived and worked in several countries across Europe, Asia-Pacific and Australasia. He’s passionate about creating real value for consumers and putting them at the heart of business as a means of transforming commercial performance, culture and purpose.
Carl is based in Amsterdam, is a father to three, and loves Harley-Davidson, great food and wine and getting to the top of big hills and mountains – for some of which he needs to leave the Netherlands regularly ;-)
