Albert Spijkman has worked as a strategic marketing adviser for large and small companies in the Netherlands and abroad since 1984. In 1991, he became a partner of VODW with particular experience in the automotive industry, health insurance, sales, change management and sponsorship. Albert has a great deal of experience in setting up and managing large, international marketing and sales programs taking place simultaneously in several countries.

From 2012 to 2017, Albert held the position of director of marketing strategy within Achmea where he oversaw commercial innovation. In 2017 he became the Division Director Centraal Beheer. He holds a portfolio for the brands; Avéro Achmea, Centraal Beheer and FBTO.
